Some progress made then. Introduction still in a state of flux, but at least provides an overview. Literature review largely done, though as commented on in that section, it was tending to 'balloon' a bit, so have decided to move some of that material into more relevant(?) sections. Next is methodology.

Ought to also make a start on findings. Have 3 forms of data to include:
rudimentary data about colleagues' progress
findings from desk analysis - I want to compare what EPICT provides with what research says ICT CPD should include
participants' feedback. (More detail in the comments in this section)

Methodology now largely complete - interview question framework done & linked into RQs and evaluative framework. Now beginning desk analysis - started trying to describe learning environment, then thought . . . why not just show it! Screencast can be found in Appendix H (at the moment)
